The tone of my message must have been lost in this forum. One thing I've learned throughtout my years in public serivce is: don't feed the conflict-seekers/ creators they're appetites are never satiated. Aside from the Constitution (which I'm not sure how that even enters in here or has anything to do with the discussion), the original poster asked what we thought about Checkpoint-saves. Jig's argument was that because the game IS WHAT IT IS, I should just take what I get for my money. This is of course a subjective argument thus has no true or absolute conclusion. ![]() And it isn't about whether or not I'm ready for the response, but rather, do I agree with the response I'm getting. Your opinion of my opinion promps further opinions from me until one or both parties tire, loose, or win the argument. It's naive to think that any goading response wouldn't earn a rebuttal. ![]() Don't read these forums if you expect eveyone to agree with you about a certain game or feature. So, in your "opinion" I should just not bother with rebuttals or any further discussion simply because you disagree with how I responded to others responses. In America, we call that consumerism.Īgain, not sure where you're coming from with this whole, I'm crying about ., mindset. I simply stated my fair, albeit subjective opinion about a feature that I earned a right to speak on when I purchased the product. You are correct at one thing, forums are chalk full of forced divisiveness-much like real society is these days. I've been around long enough to expect responders like yourself even those aimed a causing derision. I'm simply communicating through written format. Not sure what makes you think I'm not ready for any sort of response, Socipat. Especially on a public forum connected to the internet. In other words, if you are not ready for the response, good or ill of what you say, you should not say it. That same amendment gives us the right to to communicate one's opinions and ideas about your opinions and ideas. The First Amendment gives you the right to communicate one's opinions and ideas free from persocution from any goverment agency. Last time I checked nobody was going to catch Malaria becasue you could not save before taking that shot at the Heavy Riech Trooper before jumping across the broken bridge and getting blasted by the heavy gun emplacment in Frontline (by the way there is a checkpoint near the first booby trap.) I'm just simply suggesting (a little too much in vent mode apparently), that I think checkpoint saves well.suck.īad analogy. ![]() Obviously, I could throw out other arguments, but hopefully the point is made as to the idocracy of your reason.Īlso, on another note. They don't care what you (as you put it) WANT, but that the water is what it is. City Water Works sends you a bill and you pay it. Originally posted by Hornblower:Jig, by your rational, you're saying that people should never speak up to make what they believe to be, a better experience? So what then that your water is unclean and full of parasites.
